SAVAGE x FENTY

For Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3 she wanted to combine the glossy word word word with a grittier hand drawn element, specifically referencing AHA’s famous Take On Me music video.  Having previously designed the logo for Fenty Films we knew one thing: Rihanna gets what Rihanna wants.  After exploring every digital option available we went old school and drew the models by hand, frame by frame. Under tight turnaround we drew hundreds of frames on animation to deliver the final product.
